Changjiang Cruise Overseas Travel Co. is the biggest and most professional luxury ships company on the inland rivers of China; it is affiliated with China National Foreign Trade Transportation Corporation.
The Corporation is headquartered in Wuhan, China. There are branches in some foreign cities as well as in Chongqing, Shanghai, Beijing, and Yichang. The company majors in the Yangtze cruise, in-bound tour, out-bound tour, domestic tour, Taiwan tour, ground tourism reception, hotel, and car rental as well as air and train ticketing. The company runs two series of luxury cruise ships: the Yangtze Fleet and the Victoria Fleet. There are 12 five-star luxury cruise ships belonging to the two fleets and there is a top-level cruise ship is under construction. Its annual capacity of tourist reception is about 120,000 persons. The company developed the Yangtze cruise and created a prosperous history for the Three Gorges tourism. It has accepted more than 3 million Chinese and foreign visitors since it was established in 1980s. The level of security, facilities and services on these ships were further improved to the top level of the luxury cruise ships on Yangtze River since they had experienced a large-scale function update and alternation in 2010.
