Maiden Voyage of “Yangtze Gold 2 Cruise”

At 1:08 in the afternoon of May 15th, the Yangtze Gold 2 Cruise, which is the second series ship under Chongqing Tourism Investment Group, smoothly started its maiden voyage from the Zigui Port at Three Gorges Dam. This is the maiden voyage of another important ship of Chongqing Tourism Investment Group, after the Yangtze Gold 3 Cruise started its maiden voyage at Chaotianmen Port at May 6th.

It is introduced that the four ships of second series Yangtze Gold Cruises are designed under the standard of ocean cruise. The ship is 149.98 meters long, 24 meters wide and 6 floors high. The ship is 1.5000 tons, and the total area is over 18000 square meters. The total investment to the ship is 180 million RMB. The designed navigation speed is 26 kilometers per hour. On the ship, there are 216 suits guest room, and the largest passenger capacity can reach 570 persons. It is the real fifth generation giant cruise on the Yangtze River.
