The Scout of Macau Advanced to Three Gorges Dam

More than 400 members from the Scout Association of Macau stepped in Three Gorges Dam on June 29. They came here to witness the renewal landmark which has support our national back and experience the great sentiment of "a huge lake arises amid mountains".

It is reported that the members came to Three Gores Dam for visiting and study this time are excellent student representatives from middle schools. The 400 students almost cover all the middle schools of Macau. The theme of their tour is "Trace the Wuchang Uprising and Nourish Affection for Sichuan". This tour activity was held by Communist Youth League Hubei Provincial Party Committee, the Youth Education Bureau and Scout Bureau of Macau Special Administrative Region. To review the glorious revolutionary process, they made a tour to Zhongshan Vessel, Revolutionary Relic of Shouyi Square in Hubei Area. Then they stepped on Yellow Crane Tower to experience the traditional cultural in heritance. Finally they came to Three Gorges Dam to experience the building achievement in the new era of reform and opening-up. After their trip in Hubei province they would make another trip to Sichuan province.

As a typical representative of the red tourism sites in new era, Three Gorges Dam keeps attracting a vast number of teenagers here to experience the nation's great prosperity and strength under the guidance of Communist Party.
