It is also the important classical scenic spot which is counted by National Tourism Administration and Statistics Department.

It is reported that there are 18 important cities and 81 classical scenic spots were brought into national red tourism statistical system at this time. Among theses scenic spots, there are 4 scenic spots which located in Hubei Province. They are the old sites of the Western Hunan and Hubei Revolutionary Bases in Jinzhou City and Honghu City, Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery of Huangma Uprising in Hong'an County, Huanggang City and Hubei - Henan - Anhui Soviet Area, Revolution of 1911 Memorial Hall and Shouyi Square in Wuhan City, Three Gorges Project.
