Three Gorges Tour – Xueyu Cave

Xueyu Cave is the youngest cave among the caves which have been developed in China. So, there are not many legends and stories about it. After the noon, the warm sunshine shines on the Long River (Dragon River). When you walk into the Xueyu Cave, you will feel like comes into a clean paradise, and the outside world become far and vague. The growing speed of sediment landscape in common caves is 1mm in 100 years, while in Xueyu Cave, the growing speed reached 33mm in 100 years. In Xueyu Cave, you can see cave shield, rock flag, coral flowers and some other sediment landscape everywhere, which are as delicate and bright as white marble. These masterpieces of nature almost form between three thousand years to ten thousand years, which are still in growth period, developing new myth.

Three Gorges Tour – Shibaozhai

The Shibaozhai is regarded as "pearl on the Yangtze River". On the vast and dark river surface, a lonely boat is shaking on it. On the pastoral and distant background, the vaguely Shibaozhai was built up upon the mountain, and stretch into sky floor by floor. in the Yangtze River Zhongxian part, this scenery which as beautiful as painting has lasted for 400 years since Wanli Period in Ming Dynasty.

The Shibaozhai was built upon the mountain. The flying pavilion and inside scaling ladder are connected by a meandrous ladder, and spiral. On the wall of every floor, there are many inscriptions, calligraphy and poetries which left by ancient people. You can see the scenery of the river and mountain when you take a look at every floor. On the top of Shibaozhai, there is a temple built on the stone dam, where you can see incense wreathing, hear Brahma voice. When you take a look on the mountain top, you can see the vast river and sky, very grand.

The Shibaozhai consists of fortress gate, the body part and the ancient monastery on the top. It is very classical and grand. The body part of Shibaozhai is wooden column and tie construction. The nine floors body part of Shibaozhai is 56 meters high, which is the extant highest and with most floor ancient architecture. It is praised as "one of eight gems in world architecture", the highest standard work of stilt style architecture in south of China.
